National Reports

The most important component of the EUSuccess is research into jurisprudence of domestic courts, as well as legal literature and other kinds of decisions of domestic authorities, which will provide an insight into the practical application of the Succession Regulation in the respective MSs (Poland, Italy, Germany, Spain, Lithuania, Finland and Greece). This research will also consider the impact on domestic practice of the CJEU case-law on Succession Regulation. Apart from looking into the past, the research will also assess the challenges posed by the newly enacted Digital Justice Regulation. The results of the research will be presented in 7 National Reports.
