Summary of a Judgement

The most important component of the EUSuccess is research into jurisprudence of domestic courts, as well as legal literature and other kinds of decisions of domestic authorities, which will provide an insight into the practical application of the Succession Regulation in the respective MSs (Poland, Italy, Germany, Spain, Lithuania, Finland and Greece). This research will also consider the impact on domestic practice of the CJEU case-law on Succession Regulation. Within this component, summaries in English of domestic judgments on Succession Regulation identified during the research will be prepared in order to be presented in the EUSuccess database.
